My Story

My passion for health and wellness began when I was a teenager working at a gym in my hometown of Cleveland, Ohio.

As I utilized the gym during my off-hours, I was inspired by the other members who were dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. Little by little I began making changes to my own life by incorporating daily exercise, practicing yoga and removing processed foods from my diet.

The more I committed to this new lifestyle, the better I felt physically and mentally. The acid reflux I used to experience after nearly every meal went away. I also felt more calm and less anxious. This experience opened my eyes to the positive impact nutrition has on our overall health and inspired me to pursue a career in nutrition that focuses on supporting women’s health.

—MY PHILOSOPHY

“Nutritional therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach.”

In fact, it is the opposite.

The recommendations I provide are bio-individual, meaning they are specifically designed for each client based on their symptoms, health history, genetics, life situation, etc. I work with clients to help them discover what is best for their unique body and lifestyle.

We work at the pace the client prefers whether that be small, gradual changes, or more drastic ones. The nutritional therapy process is designed for the client to achieve lasting improvements as opposed to short-term fixes. It is a holistic approach so clients should expect lifestyle suggestions along with nutritional recommendations.
